After your order, you will receive an intake form in your inbox. The information is needed to conduct the session. I will let you know which day I am working with you. After the session is complete you will receive a report detailing what was cleared within 24hours. You do not have to do anything on the day I am working on you. Your body will process in a safe manner. Key thing is to be open minded and stay hydrated. All information is confidential.
