We live in such a great time right now. There is access to some pretty unbelievable wellness tools that can up level your life!
In fact I am about to share one with you right now.
The concept isn’t new for this one. This tool has been used for many years for cleansing and detoxing. In Sweden, it is an essential part of their lives. The sauna!
There are a few types of saunas. The traditional sauna has heated air and its very hot. Then there is the steam sauna which uses hot steam and then a blend of both.
But the one I am going to talk about today is very unique. It is the infrared sauna.
While saunas have been around for centuries for detoxification, infared saunas go deeper…literally! By heating up your body from within, it penetrates at a cellular level, where most toxins live.
How the infared differs is that it heats you from within, using waves of light.
You tend to sweat 25-20% more then in a regular sauna and you can stay in it longer. The detoxification is incredible.
Additionally, it promotes circulation, pain relief, weight loss (calorie burning) and stimulates collagen!
Healthy heat is a great way to kill toxic overload and can prevent illnesses.
Plus after a session in infared, feeling refreshed is normal. Verses feeling super hot from a typical sauna.
I do enjoy all types of sauna, and I have my own infared. Its one of my anti-aging devices that I use 2-4 a week. It makes me feel amazing from the inside, out.

These are becoming more available at various spas. I encourage you to check one out and discover how they work.
My first experience with infaread was at a Korean Spa, and I fell in love!
There have not been any adverse effects from infared, so it might be a great option to add to your lifestyle.
