Meditation is a deep state of peace, where your mind can relax, be silent and transform. I have a library of meditations that you can use for your desired result. Additionally I create personalized meditations. My sessions are uniquely tailored to a suit my clients called Hypnotic Meditations.

Studies also show that mediators have warmer interpersonal relationships, less anxiety, increased self-confidence, increased problem-solving ability and greater creativity. And I also just read another study that it makes you look younger too!
Guided meditations help you to vividly imagine positive experiences that represent, either directly or symbolically, whatever changes you wish to express in your life. As eloquently as Buddha has said, “The mind is everything. What you think you become.”
One of the reasons why meditation works so well is because you are in a very relaxed state, and when in relaxed states your conscious mind relaxes and then you can talk to (program) your unconscious mind and offer suggestions that can create the change that you want, be it in health, weight loss, career, building confidence whatever it is. Habits and behavior are created at the unconscious level, and repetition solidifies it.
Practice makes permanent. Why not choose the habits that you want? Instead of allowing them to control you? Take the time to train your brain and let go of what no longer serves you. Your mind is an amazing servant and a terrible master.
How can I work with you?
While I encourage meditation for everyone, I am selective with clients, mainly because of my schedule. With these sessions I work by phone/skype and go through a coaching session to discuss what I can create for you to help with what you wish you achieve. I then write and record your personalized mediation and send it to you in a download.
